Shipping & Handling Policy

Please note: The estimated delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance, destination country, or other unforeseen delays. Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of such delays.

Handling Time

We generally ship your order within 2 business days. In rare cases (e.g., if certain items are temporarily out of stock), handling may take 3–5 business days.

International Shipping & Tracking

Our default carriers are FedEx or EMS. Depending on the destination and logistics, alternative services may be used. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.

After customs clearance in your country, the package may be handled by the local postal service. For example:

  • United States – USPS
  • United Kingdom – Royal Mail
  • Germany – DHL
  • France – La Poste
  • Spain – Correos
  • Portugal – CTT
  • Netherlands – PostNL
  • Belgium – Bpost

Important: Please make sure to retrieve your package promptly. If delivery is attempted during your absence or customs documentation is required, your local postal service will leave a notice. Unclaimed packages may be returned to us. Refunds cannot be issued once the parcel has arrived in the destination country but was not collected in time.

Customs & Import Taxes

All international purchases through our store are treated as personal imports. Customers are responsible for:

  • Any applicable import taxes or customs duties
  • Return shipping fees for prohibited or unclaimed items

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to unpaid customs fees. Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Customs Declaration

We are legally required to declare the full and accurate value of your order. We cannot under-declare or modify the invoice amount. Customs authorities may verify the declared value before releasing your shipment.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- If your order has not yet been dispatched, cancellation may be possible but will incur a 10% processing fee.
- Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
